For Y'ur Height Only (1981)

In 1981, a movie was made that established the Philippines as... um, well, as a place that makes movies. That movie was the James Bond spoof For Y’ur Height Only, starring Weng Weng as super-secret agent 00. He has the moves, he has the gadgets, and he gets the girl as he rescues a kidnapped scientist and stops the forces of evil from taking over the world.
